Nongshim Daily Contest - Terms & Conditions

1. What is the Nongshim Daily Contest?

The Nongshim Daily Contest is a marketing contest (Contest) and will run from 21 August 2026 to 30 August 2026 (both dates inclusive). It is available on the website- www.zepto.com (“Website”) and mobile application ‘Zepto’ (App) (Website and App collectively referred to as “Zepto Platform”). The Zepto Platform is operated by Zepto Marketplace Private Limited (“Zepto”). During the Contest period, each eligible customer (“User”) shall stand a chance to win a reward (“Reward”) on the purchase of eligible Nongshim products.

2. Is this Contest available for all the customers?

The Contest is open only to customers who are 18 years of age or above and have a valid Zepto account. This Contest is valid for customer who places orders in Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad. One Zepto account shall constitute one User, and participation shall be tracked based on the registered mobile number and/or customer ID associated with the Zepto account.

3. How do I participate in this Contest?

Users may earn points by purchasing eligible Nongshim products during the Contest period. There is no separate action required. Points shall be calculated per order based on the total cart value based on the eligible products purchased. The eligible order should be successfully delivered, and there shall be no returns, refunds or cancellation claimed against such order. It is clarified that participation is voluntary, Users can choose to not participate and/or not accept the Reward at their sole discretion.

Note: Points earned on one day shall not be carried forward to the next day for determining daily rewards, nor shall they be carried forward beyond the Contest period, except to determine the cumulative ranking for the Top 3 prizes for the Contest period.

4. How will I know if I have won any Reward? Winners may be contacted by the relevant representative up to three (3) times within 24 hours to inform them about the Reward and facilitate it. Winners will have to follow the required instructions as communicated to them to claim the Reward, failure to which the winner shall not be eligible to claim the Reward.

In the event if the winner remains unreachable following three (3) contact attempts, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the Reward, and no subsequent claims will be entertained. If a winner cannot be successfully contacted, the reward may be passed on to the next eligible winner. If a winner does not wish to accept the Reward, Nongshim shall, at its sole discretion, repeat the selection process until a newly selected winner accepts the Reward.

5. What types of Rewards do we have?

Users may stand a chance to win the following Rewards:

  • Daily Rewards (Based on single cart/order points):

    • Kimchi Starter (75 Points): Stand a chance to win 50% off up to 50 on eligible Nongshim₹ products on Zepto which is redeemable on the next Nongshim order.

    • Stir Fry Warrior (150 Points): Stand a chance to win Earbuds worth 800 with Amazon Pay₹ E-Gift Card. Total 1 winner.

    • Toomba Titan (200 Points): Stand a chance to win Smartwatch worth 1,000 with Amazon₹ Pay E-Gift Card. Total 1 winner.

    • Spicy Legend (300 Points): Stand a chance to win Powerbank worth 600 with Amazon Pay₹ E-Gift Card. Total 1 winner.

    • Shin Master (500 Points): Stand a chance to win Speaker worth 1,000 with Amazon Pay E-₹ Gift Card. Total 1 winner.

  • Daily City Winner Reward:

    • Each day, the User with the highest points in the announced winner city shall receive a smart speaker worth MRP 5,000 with Amazon Pay E-Gift Card. In the event of a tie, the User who₹ accumulated the points earlier than the other wins.

  • Top 3 Prizes (Based on maximum cumulative points during the Contest period):

    • 1st Place (Spice General): Stand a chance to win Smartphone worth 85,000 with Amazon₹ Pay E-Gift Card. Total 1 winner.

    • 2nd Place (Heat Commander): Stand a chance to win Gaming console worth 50,000 with₹ Amazon Pay E-Gift Card. Total 1 winner.

    • 3rd Place (Flame Captain): Stand a chance to win Smart TV worth 35,000 with Amazon Pay₹ E-Gift Card. Total 1 winner.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. The Contest shall be effective from 21st Aug 2026 to 30th Aug 2026 till the stock of products and Rewards lasts.

  2. All rewards under the Contest shall be distributed by Nongshim, and Zepto shall not be involved in the distribution or fulfilment of the rewards.

  3. Amazon.in is not a sponsor of this Contest. Amazon Pay E-Gift Cards may be redeemed on Amazon.in or eligible partner merchants. Terms and conditions apply; visit www.amazon.in/giftcardtnc. Amazon Pay E-Gift Cards may be redeemed on Amazon.in or eligible partner merchants.

  4. Zepto does not influence or determine the commercial decisions of the participating sellers and brand in relation to the Rewards.

  5. Users are required to provide all the details and documents as may be needed for the purpose of redemption.

  6. Users shall be responsible for any noncompliance or other issues created by them at the time of redemption of Rewards.

  7. This Contest is valid strictly for end consumers and is not applicable to resellers, distributors, or bulk buyers.

  8. The validity and redemption of each Reward shall be strictly governed by the specific terms and conditions set forth by the respective Reward provider/issuer.

  9. No responsibility shall be accepted if the User does not receive the Reward of his/her choice, and no claims shall be entertained in this regard.

  10. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by them.

  11. Users agree that they may not receive the Reward in case of unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure situations.

  12. Zepto employees are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

  13. By participating in the Contest, Users give their consent to Zepto to collect, process and share their personal information including name, phone number, email id, PAN etc.

  14. No cash alternative to the Reward will be offered.

  15. The Rewards are not transferable and/or exchangeable.

  16. Where the value exceeds the exemption limit under Income Tax Act, 2025, The winner shall bear all applicable taxes including but not limited to income (withholding) tax and any other statutory levy as may be applicable from time to time in relation to the Contest.

  17. All queries with respect to the Contest shall be sent to Nongshim customer support

  18. It is clarified that no response shall not be construed as a deficiency or an act of omission on the part of Zepto.

  19. Zepto is not responsible for the quality and performance of the Reward.

  20. Any query relating to the quality, validity, usability, or redemption of the Reward should not be directed to Zepto and Zepto shall have no liability in relation thereto.

  21. Zepto’s maximum liability for any claim whatsoever specifically related to this Contest shall be limited to INR 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only).

  22. Zepto reserves the right to decide whether or not a User is eligible for the Contest in its sole discretion and shall have the right to modify or/and withdraw the Contest without prior notice.

  23. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

  24. These terms are in addition to the Zepto Terms of Use, Privacy Notice and not in substitution.

  25. By participating in this Contest, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and their participation is voluntary.
